Order Processing: 2 weeks. We carefully review your order and prepare everything for our artisans.

Production: 2–3 weeks. Our master craftspeople hand-paint and assemble your premium humidifier with meticulous attention to detail. Tracking information will be provided once production starts.

Shipping: 2 weeks. Your completed humidifier ships with full tracking so you can monitor its journey to your door.

Total Timeline: 6–7 weeks from order to delivery.

We prioritize quality over speed. Each variant is individually created and inspected to meet our premium standards. Your humidifier arrives safely packaged and ready to display.

Every variant on our store is still being actively developed and refined, so if your chosen variant can't be produced to our premium standards, we'll ship you another variant from our collection instead, one of equal or greater value at no extra cost. All variants are equally premium, so you're getting a full DriftMist humidifier, just a different design from our expanding collection.

All DriftMist purchases are final. Orders can't be cancelled once confirmed, and we can't accept refunds, returns, or exchanges, whether you receive your original variant or another one. Shipping is non-refundable. Each variant is inspected and tested before shipment so it arrives in perfect condition.
